My website has been carefully thought out to help buyers and seller to see what properties are listed for sale in the Shuswap and Chase area. I try to display the pictures that best represent the property. Pictures can only give you a starting point. The best way is still to physically view the properties with a realtor.

Professional Background
I first started working in 1977 as a gas attendant. I worked in forestry for two summers but never enjoyed the jobs because trees were not very talkative. I returned to the world of people in 1982, returning to sales and management for the next 14 years. At that time I ventured off to buy my own business a Gas Station and Convenience Store. I did this for 5 years. Time for a change...
My wife and I bought a small motel in Chase, B.C. with the plan of getting my Real Estate Licence. Once I was established in real estate sales we sold the motel the end of 2002.
Working with people is very important and enjoyable for me.
